Community Credit Counselling Services (CCCS) collects personal and financial information for the sole purpose of helping consumers deal with financial difficulties and do not disclose or use this information without prior consent from their clients.

Upon consent, CCCS will only use the information for identification purposes with your creditors/debtors.

CCCS does reserve the right to use personal information for the compilation of general statistics regarding its business and for use in reports, advertising, or media requests.

CCCS  will not share or sell this information to another organization or individual under any circumstance. We are however required under the Act to release information to authorities in response to a valid demand, search warrant, or other legal order.
